Operational Movements Projects

The Operational Movements programme is driven by a high degree of forced migration in the Central Asian region. Issues include:

Canadian Visa Application Centre

As Canadian Government does not have an embassy in Tajikistan, the Embassy of Canada in Moscow subcontracted the International Organization for Migration to perform courier services and facilitate visa application process for citizens of Tajikistan. To submit your application in person, simply visit the IOM office.

Trained staff will ensure that applications submitted are complete, and that all required supporting documentation is attached and translated into English as required. With submission of the visa application in person, the Canadian visa-processing fee must be paid with original proof of payment submitted with your application. Please, note that in addition to the Canadian visa-processing fee, an IOM service fee will also be charged (payable in cash, US dollars only, non-refundable).

For further information regarding visiting or migrating to Canada, including printable application forms, please visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/

IOM Tajikistan has absolutely no role, whatsoever, in the assessment of Canadian visa applications, which is the sole prerogative of the Consulate General of Canada in Moscow.
